FAQs

What is the mission of the Schoogle Model at SNK?

To make the right kind of education accessible to students of SNK.

To ensure ideal standards of basic education, by enabling a strong fundamentals-driven learning process.

To bring in a revolution by building well-informed citizens (students and educators of SNK) who, in turn, can act as catalysts of change in the field of Education (rather than trying to change the education system, in isolation, without changing the stakeholders of education and their practices).

Is Schoogle available for other schools - what is the process of obtaining Schoogle for other schools?

Schoogle is a highly customised and contextualised model applicable for SNK school's specific needs. Therefore Schoogle will not be made available to any other schools. Please join SNK if you are interested in Schoogle.

How is the Schoogle Model different compared to other publications and ed-tech offerings?

The Schoogle Model visualised by SNK (not just a one-off product or service) involves a blend of resources (viz. text, images, videos, games, and simulations) contextually-linked into a learning-based ecosystem, disseminated through its interactive application. These resources form an effective mix — bringing in design thinking and well-strategised learning techniques. The blend is directed towards facilitating an organic way of educating and learning at SNK (inclusive of practical applications). Through this approach, the model also addresses the learning gaps, emerging from the conventional unidimensional approaches prevalent in education.

All the effort, passed on to the target stakeholders of SNK, is consistently followed-up, and, also, audited to ensure effective implementation.

How do children of SNK learning under the Schoogle Model benefit?

The Schoogle modules are prepared and delivered in a way that it discourages non-contextual ‘Memorising’ of concepts. The focus is purely on organic ‘Comprehension’ of the concepts covered. Also, the writing exercise provided to students helps them in reinforcing the concepts and its applications. The tab is intended to become a window of reference for students; and, not intended just to be a memory sheet of ideas, text, or formulae. At, Schoogle, we strongly believe that non-contextual ‘memorising’ of concepts goes against the ideals of learning.

The Schoogle Model involves a variety of content modules with multi-dimensional benefits — catering to the optimal requirements of a facilitator (read a teacher) and a learner (read a teacher and a student) at SNK.

What board / programme does the Schoogle Model align to?

The Schoogle Model, is created by SNK for its own students and therefore focuses on ICSE board.

Which grades does the Schoogle Model cater to?

Will the Schoogle Model benefit the students once they appear for their boards?

The Schoogle Model intends to prepare students with a deeper understanding of fundamental concepts. In doing that, ‘writing’ plays a crucial role, along with a time-specific and intermittent tab usage. The digital part of the content is also focused on providing them avenues to visualise the content from contextually-relevant perspectives. All these measures are directed towards reducing the struggles related to comprehension and learning, especially, for students of SNK moving to higher grades such as 10th, 11th, and 12th. So, the transition is expected to be smooth.

Which are the subjects covered under the Schoogle content modules?

The Schoogle modules cover English (Literature, Grammar, and Language-Application), Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.

How does the Schoogle Model prepare the students of SNK for assessments?

The Schoogle content modules for students consist of extensive creative writing systems that enable them to revise everything provided in the content. It encompasses resources through different forms of assignments and exercises covered in the classroom sessions (including the periodic and non-periodic e-tests, taken through the tablets). Experiments aimed at the application of games in education are made in order to make the learning process more interesting for the students. Also, the classroom-sessions conducted, diligently aligned to the Schoogle Model, are found to facilitate students’ learning through clear comprehension of concepts and its applications. These aspects, collectively, empower these students to prepare seamlessly for any assessment.
